I remember seeing a friend of mine standing by his boat bent over holding his stomach on the first day of a boating trip. I asked him what was wrong and he told me he always gets a nervous stomach before these trips. My comment was, wow, I thought I was the only one. :stupid
Anyone else get like this???

Used to be tense trying to leave on time, rushing around last minute for crap and so on.
Now I say we'll leave when we're ready cuz I can't handle the stress........we'd say stupid mean things to each other when stressed out before. Now its good moods when climbing into the truck to head out.

I've noticed that this nervousness, makes me feel tired and lazy the days leading up to a trip. This makes me slow to want to do the packing and preperation, thus causing more last min nerves. The irony is that in my mind I know that preping and packing early would help minimize this, but sometimes it feels a bit paralyzing. :stupid

I'm just so OCD that I always feel like I forgot something, check everything about ten times, then get to the lake and figure out what I forgot.
