We got a load of cop tires in at work on Thusday and I was the only guy left at work so I got stuck unloading and stacking by myself and tweaked my lower back. Usually happens about once a year but I've been lucky for the last 3 years with no problems I thought maybe it had fixed itself ;)

Yea, I share similiar probs. Exercise helps but never enough time and it's easier to talk about than to do  :rolleyes
