One set is not in the factory packaging!!   :banghead   To make it worse the said set has grease on the plug ends!!   :angry  

They are shipping me out a replacement set at no charge.   :ass  

They do not want my old set back either..  I think I will return them for a refund!!   :pirate

Unless it's crud on the outside! :stupid I always put Dielectric grease in the boots, makes it nice for removal don't stick to the porcelain, hate when that happens!. :angry

Everything we bought through Ovetons we linked through HD.
Anything that was wrong Overtons told us to keep, and they refunded the cash, or sent out the correct order.
Good place to do biz even thought the Overtons no longer run it.
