Ok.. So I am guilty of saying it will never happen to me!
Just got back from vegas. For my buddy's bachelor party. First night was great. The last night we went to Club Rain. We get there with all of my friends, and I have one drink and my buddys go off to the dance floor and I sit down and an attractive looking girl comes up and talks to me. Im thinking Cool or im good, or something, or not at all???... We chat for a bit and what not, and she gives me a water. Next thing I can remember is a police officer standing over me as I lye in the street unconcious, missing my wallet, $700 and all my credit cards. Dont know how I left the club, nothing! I guess I passed out again or I cant remember but 10 this morning Im in my room, no clue how I got there. Police paperwork in my pocket and thats about it. Cancel my cards and find out that almost 10k has been charged on all of them. Including my atm (Check card) which drained my checking account and overdraft.
Im still not quite sure how to react to this one other than to share so everyone knows that no matter who you are, or what you look like you have to pay attention and not leave your friends!!! And apparently from what the cops said when I called them this morning to try to fill in some pieces of WTF happened to me, this happens OFTEN and more often to men than women! I guess we dont put up a fight when we are unconcious 
I just feel blessed that I have cool buddys that gave me money to get a cab to the airport. And a great mom that picked me up from the airport with a new wallet and some money to get me through till I get a new card. Ohh and getting onto a flight with no ID with heigtened security is quite fun, basically a strip search  But they were all cool about it.
Now Im home, trying to keep some food down  but im alive! So I will take it!
So I hope next time you guysand girls are out anywhere, you PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn so sorry to hear that, man that sucks big time, sure glad you're home and safe!.. Maybe it's best not to remember what happened and to just move on and chalk it up to experience!..

Holy crap MrCord! I haven't been here lately but damn, that sucks. I am glad your alright. Get to that Dr sooner than later, I hear some of those drugs can pass through your system pretty fast.
I hope they do have some security camera footage for you.

not remembering anything...that would be really freaky! I have heard of it happening to girls but for rape purposes not theft...
...why did you take a WATER from her? That is something I've never done at a bar...give a man a drink...let alone a water...that seems odd to me...
I think it happens more to men, because they have a sense of confidence that they are safe and the protector of others, where woman have been guarding themselves at bars for centuries now...
How did you leave a police report and not remember it? What a wierd feeling all of that must be...been...
I'm sorry that happened to you (or anyone) ... I'm glad you are feeling better! And soon you'll be 100% again!
