LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ - A S.W.A.T. team issuing a search warrant Tuesday night around 9:30pm discovered a marijuana nursery at 970 Sunny Ridge Drive in Lake Havasu City.
The two-foot weeds were in the garage, say narcotics investigators. Referring to it as “a sophisticated hydroponics†setup, the plants numbered forty one and included a ventilation system, high-output lighting system, watering timers and an air-cooling system.
Police say at maturity and when the grass is properly cut, the plants could produce about 40 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of around $31,000.
The resident of the home, Nina Turner, was not there during the seizure and still has not been located. This case is under investigation by the Lake Havasu City Police Department and additional suspects may be identified.

Nice setup   ....but no way that crop will yield 40lbs.....   
Must be just average quality  ....40lbs retails about twice the reported amount.... Â  Â Â
