yep. they close off the street between axis/radius & suede. Its crazy. lots of skin. most of the girls apply the "naughty/sexy" theme to whatever their costume is. ya know ... naughty nurse, sexy schoolgirl, slutty butterfly. there were a couple of girls that showed up wearing bodypaint.

Back in the day, I was a regular at the Halloween Block Party in Durango, CO. It was as crazy as Mardi Gras..... just not as many people.

I am not a Gynecologist, but I'll take a look.
