Hit the recycler there is a ton of rebuilders if you just need a one season wonder

thank, ever thought of that. The motor is for my sand car. want to get the car together with a stock motor and get use to driving it (with no power) Then I will switch motors with the 350 that is in my nissan hardbody(motors built to about 640hp)With that motor the sandcar,  should fly.

I've got one sitting out back that came out of a 73 camper special 4x4 3/4 p/u.  It ran when pulled but not great. It's in Menifee Ca. Near Temecula. PM me if you can't live without it.

One of my buddy's find them.The ls1 was in I wrecking yard (in az) and the motor has 500 miles on it.  so I had to buy it. The next cheappest ls1 I find was 3500. But he find a plain 350 in a the book for 1300.
