Yes I do..................sort of.
My store's small size creates lots of challenges for me. I can't display the majority of items on our planner because I have no where to put it.
There's a ton of "Mandatory" programs I don't participate in because of lack of space too. Our aisles are so narrow that we can't have side stacks, aisle stacks, pallet drops, or island displays. In every other store I've worked at, I just built everything early and maintained it. At my current location, I have to be very selective about what I display. I, also, have to watch my order numbers very closely too.
Here's an example of what I have to deal with. I got plused out 10 pallets of Proctor and Gamble a couple of weeks ago and only have 1 end to display the stuff on. None of this is holiday items either. Isn't that fantastic timing?
BTW, we've had our Christmas candy since September.

I have to go to the mall tomorrow. I'm not going back until after New Years (I hope).
They already have their tree up and Santa there. Makes me want to  . Buy Buy BUY!!! Spend Spend SPEND!!!
I do most of my shopping on-line from specialty stores and we are cutting our list way back this year. Basically just all of the kids and our parents.

Runnin' a small store on a Holiday Week is brutal....especially with little or no back-room space.... 
Sounds like your makin' the best of it....be good to the Doughboy...it's our one week a year to soar....
