actually, going to Havasu, if they didn't go through Vegas, the other way would be to come across 40 from Flagstaff and there are still some trees there, until you get around Kingman and the lovely high desert.   :D

You know KH will be hittin Vegas cking out the (.)(.)'s. And if he comes thru Flag he can hang out in Saligman with all the other mullets. Another scenic drive to enjoy is the west side of the river from Blythe to Needles other than the river on your right heading north, it looks like the moon, rocks don't even grow over there :)

Its with an e not an a, or are you guessing(I know you never guess and you spent alot of time up that way)  :D I wasn't sure. I looked at some ranch property up there 40 acres for under 20 G's, but the people thats another story,  :confused

It is Seligman.  I worked for a company that did road construction and there was a job on 40 right outside Seligman...   :D

Its a good location up around Seligman close to Mead, Powell, Havasu, Flagstaff, Zion, Bryce Canyon and of course Vegas.
Was looking at it for an early retirement possibility, still may do it for the investment. Cause early retirement ain't going to happen   :(
