Yeah my neighbor just got lucky and found a place in that area close by and he does work on the side, hell his shop is just about as big as the house, nobody bothers anyone there. It's heaven over there, there's a guy that has an 8 bay shop and it's full of 50's Olds and Buicks!..

I know a guy in Chino that has a big spread, wife has horses and he's got a big shop he works out of!..
