From what I have heard is that the owners hit the lottery about 6 months ago.  The RaodRunner also has changed hands a few times due to legal issues in the past and has been up for sale for a couple years now.  These are just rumours that I have heard.  

For the record the rest rooms realy could use some needed attention. Just hope that there breakfast don't change.  :good

They did hit the lottery.  I saw the link to a newspaper article.  Funny story.  I guess there are two lotteries there.  Maybe the powerball and an AZ one?  Anyway, the husband forgets to go down and get their usual powerball ticket so the wife rushes down to the Circle K near the Keys entrance.  She is too late for powerball, so she buys the AZ one instead.  That was the winner.  Pretty cool story.  It was only a couple million (maybe not even 2), but not too shabby.
