Ok guy's as some of you know, I maybe coming out there, But My work place is over on 59th and the I-10, so where would a good area be, to start looking for a place, (buckeye, goodyear) Would like something that don't have an ohio name in it, something more az like,I just want to start looking to see what's out there, I would need a 4 bedroom 2bath with a garage 2 or more, and at least 1 acre, to put up a barn ( garage ) Now I know there got to be something out there to fit me, I have seen lot's of places with land, but I just don't know where to look, I try realtor.com, but seem to only pull up 1/4 or less land. any Idea's will work, money wise the cheaper the better but could go as high as $400,000 It is a buyer's market, so we could talk them down. But I think I would want to stay in the $250 to $350,000 area. Unlees I ask my aunt for some money.LOL
It's funny, when I go to vist her she always stuffing money in my pockets, and when I try to give it back, she say's no, what am I going to do with it.LOL

I don't know, Maybe up to hour out, If the speed limit is 75mph how far out west or south, north can you go in under a hour. When was out there, I never realy check drive times, I do know I can make it from the cali/az line to the fly'n hook in under 2 hours.

Oh and I do not want to live in a Subdivision, something like LHC would be nice, where there are nice size lot's and no HOA.

Yes, I'm thinking west or north west of phx, I think kingman is to far, I don't know how long of a drive that is tho, What towns are out that way.

I think I need to stay on the west side of town, I was looking up around wickenburg, but I don't know how far of a drive that is yet, Have to go at mapquest. I would be going to work on sunday eve. and then home on monday eve. and back on again on tue. eve. and so on ,going to L.A. or vegas. I would get home on friday eve. and be done till sun night.

I think that you were on the right track looking around Buckeye. It's close to the freeways. Wickenburg may not be a bad chice either, but I think that's going to be about a 50 mile trip.............
