To bad my mind tells me that I am over being sick!!!!!!!

Because my body isn't!!!!!! It's been a week now, and i still feel like sh*t!

And really, if one more dumb ** posts about Anna Nicole on Hot Boat, I am going to have to do some guru sh*t!

I've been lucky...... haven't had the flu or cold in a couple years and it is not because I take care of myself (pack a day habit and 2 outta 3 meals are usually fast food). I seen an article a while back that said to wash your hands often during the cold/flu season. I try not to be OCD about it but it seems to work.
