LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ - TSN On-Line News

In an aggressive sting operation last Friday night, Lake Havasu City police have charged a husband and wife on related prostitution charges. Rob Bybee, 58, manager of Hot Stuff Entertainment, has been arrested for accepting proceeds of a prostitute and Crystal Bybee, 25, has been charged with prostitution.

The company Bybee works for has a Lake Havasu web site promoting “young beautiful girls” who are available for “private shows and full body massage.” The business is owned by Bybee’s ex-wife. Officer Richie Sloma says the arrests are an example of Chief Dan Doyle’s proactive law enforcement addressing “quality of life issues." He said the policy includes “doing spot checks like this on issues that can affect our community."

Sloma told TSN silent witness informants had reported prostitution activity promoted by Hot Stuff Entertainment. Officers did seize computers, records of the business and a list of Customers.
