hey all i was out on havasu this weekend and every where i saw a sherrif boat there was a camera man with a big telephoto lens getting close up`s of all the spring breakers during there partying and while they were getting busted .
now you`ll be on some cop show for every body to see
what is havasu comming to

SCOTTSDALE - In the four years since Police Chief Alan Rodbell took control in Scottsdale, his two adult children each paid photo speed-enforcement tickets.

Now Rodbell's daughter, Cody Nicole Rodbell, could face jail time and other penalties after being cited on suspicion of drunken driving early Wednesday.

A Scottsdale police officer stopped the 21-year-old near Scottsdale and McDowell roads after clocking her at 57 mph in a 40 mph zone, according to the arrest report. advertisement  

Cody Rodbell registered a 0.081 percent blood-alcohol level after submitting to a portable Breathalyzer test during the traffic stop. The legal limit in Arizona is 0.08 percent.

City Court officials, as of Thursday, did not file the case information on Cody, who was reportedly stopped on her way home from the club NEXT. It could take up to two weeks to set her court appearance, officials said.

Chief Rodbell declined to comment Thursday although he issued a written statement to Scottsdale police employees in which he said the incident should remind people that "drinking and driving is serious business," and that he was concerned for his daughter.

Cody could not be reached for comment.

According to police records, Cody's eyes were watery and bloodshot and her speech was slurred.

Cody allowed her blood to be drawn after asking the arresting officer if, in addition to testing for alcohol, he was also testing her for marijuana.

"After the blood draw, Rodbell's attitude went from polite and cooperative to hostile toward me for arresting her," Officer Ben Roberson wrote in the arrest report.

"She said she was 'angry' and that she could not believe 'you (expletive) did this,' " Roberson said.

Police sent her blood samples to a lab outside Scottsdale. The results are pending.

How about the Az state rep Groe that just got busted in Parker for extreme dui.........she says she's sorry. :rolleyes
