Salsa I like Medium to Hot (Pinapple/Habanero is one of my homade favorites)

Hot Sauces like for wings and stuff, Smokin Hot :good

We get all kinds of crazy Hot Sauces out here, lots of different regions of Mexico and South America mix here and they do some crazy stuff :)

God is Great, Beer is Good, and People are Crazy......

That is 1 thing I pride myself on. All my sauces have great flavor. The Tropical Heat is made with Habaneros. It starts with a nice light tropical fruit flavor but in a matter of seconds the heat comes on. I use NO EXTRACTS in my sauces so they have the Natural flavor of the peppers and fruit. I am waiting for my new pepper plants to grow up. I planted some Bhut Jolokia (The red savina habanero has been the hottest pepper in the world for a long time scoring 175,000 on the scoville scale and as of Feb 7, 2007 The Bhut Jolokia became the hottest pepper ijn the world scoring 1,075,000 on the scoville scale). That should make a real nice, really really really HOT hot sauce......hhhmmmm Hey Don come here I got somthing for you to taste..LOL
