hey there ive got a rental house in havasu that just opened up any idea how mch i could get for a weekly r weekend  rental?? its 3 bed with a den and 2.5 bath

I'd say its worth at least $500min. weekend rate during the summer. Plus/minus. Cleaning fee.
Google Havasu Rentals and see what other comparable homes are renting for.

Go to vacationrentals.com or vbro.com for comparable values/units.  You can also list it there... :good

We've been renting for the last 4-5 years.  Usually $135-$165 per night for the same amenities, based on a full week's rental.  Holidays obviously more.

Nice home BTW.  Where is it located..??  Boat parking/garage access..??

We're about ready to book late June, late July, & mid September.

cool thanks for the info guys,it right above herbst by bashas on pony lane its got covered rv parking on the side thats gated and dual ac units built in 50" tv washer dryer etc cool pad i just dont use it enough
thanks the avatar is my dcb that sleeps in the garage need to use it more though i think it only hit water like 8 dys last year :confused

Nice place.

Check out the sites that Shueman gave ya.

I've stayed at a couple of 3BR/2Ba w/pool over the last couple of years and always pay around $150/night. They aren't party pads and the owner screens pretty hard and ask for a $500 deposit. The extra room may fetch you an extra $50 per night or so. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised to see that place list for $300/ nite for that matter, which is a good price if 3 or 4 couples rent it. but I'd have to move on, being a family man and all.

Let me know what yu decide. I'm already booked for May/June, but I'll be looking for something in July/Aug & Sept.

Pretty much snowbirders......we haven't felt comfortable with the summer idea. We've considered known entities though.

No pool :(  Too much cost for upkeep vs. usage and snowbirds don't want it anyhow.

sorry was in havasu this weekend and forgot my laptop, ill send you guys a calendar this week so far i think the only days closed are the 2 weeks of memorial,we made the den a bedroom with a day bed so its realy 4beds 2.5 baths with a pool and covered rv/boat parking on the side of the house and its at the end of a cauldesac. im headed up this week so ill post some more pics of the inerior when i get back
