Been doing alot of daily walkin' and started peddling the bike around town in the evening... :cool
Sitting all day  :comp on the old job was not the best... :rolleyes but the commute was decent... :laugh

I was told you were about my size(about 165)?? Exercise can be dangerous!! Look what Happened To Jim Fixx!! And I know there have been others!!  :eek  :D I do some exercising after dinner....I exercise my hands and arms, and the remote to the T.V........ :rolleyes  :D
