LOL!  I have a special pen for writing on rubber checks. :D

BTW - I bought a 2001 YZ 426 on Saturday.  It is in immacualte shape.  Even had an hour meter - 49.5 hours.  I put two more on Sunday on the "back of the farm" by Metzgers.  We will definitely have to go for a ride soon.

The 426 is pretty damn fast!  Out ran both of my neighbors with YZ 250's, but it is noticeably heavier.   I can't wait to get it out to Glamis!

Right on man. The 426 is an awesome bike. It is heavy, but what you give up in weight, you gain in power. Especially big hill climbs and stuff. You'll also notice that you won't shifting and using the back break as much as you would on a smoker. Definetly get a paddle for Glamis though.

RTJ just bought a CR480, so we'll have to set up a little ride soon.

Yah, I agree with ya.  I actually wanted to get a CRF 450, but I got a good deal on this bike and couldn't pass it up.  All the aftermarket goodies and maintained by someone more anal than I.  It is definitely way more capable than I!

HM, if you are talking about the Baja dual sport kit, let me know. I can get ya a dealer cost on it.
