PARKER, AZ - The Bluewater Resort and Casino is pulling out all the stops for it’s 8th Birthday Celebration this weekend.

With a “Crazy Eight” theme, activities will begin today with Native American arts and crafts, singers and dancers. Later in the night, two concerts are planned. Both “Wildheart,” a tribute to Fleetwood Mac and “Desperado,” a tribute to the Eagles will take place at the outdoor amphitheatre.

Tomorrow , men can participate in the Father’s Day Bingo, or the 8th birthday party Texas hold’em Tournament, with an $88 buy in. Free appetizers will be served at 5pm, and special dinner menus are available for Father’s Day dinner.

Spokesman Tina Torelli said this weekend is a way to give back to those who have made this a success. “There is a lot going on this weekend, thanks to you our loyal guests, it’s been great. It’s been a successful eight years, so what we like to do is give back. Each year we try to being in new events, as well as offer our guests, our customers, new items. We wouldn’t be here without the support of the local communities.”

I don't gamble much at all so the desire to visit it has been none to none for me.....

Getting on plane while dodging 200 PWC's that think my boats a target is all the gambling i can handle.
