Took these out to the Havasu glass shop, along with some plywood...That's our "road dog" on the bottom...

The Havasu shop does the smaller Eagle (v-bottoms) molds, then we bring 'em back to Mira Loma for rigging....had this nice 25' on the hook coming back...

The wind was pretty "brisk"...the lake color was dark green, which means VERY CHOPPY.  Did not get much time to take a closer look, but I'm bettin' it started capping in the PM.  So much dust in the air you could NOT see the mountains across the valley... :eek

Saw quite a few brave souls out on the water, lots of them headed north towards the Sandbar...even the "river" under the I-40 bridge had wind chop... :beat

Glad is was a business trip...not my kind of fun conditions... :guns  :banghead  :D

Back to the 4am....I was on the road with the dualie by 5am to try to beat the heat.  It was 104 by noontime when I headed back... :flamed

What's pretty humorous is the Ag Inspector checking the hull for Zebra Mussels... :laugh when he got back to the (empty) transom, he starts waving me on... :bebe

You never know.   That could have had a calloney of zebras on it. It did come from Havasu.  :rolleyes   :laugh

I don't know, But I could maybe haul them back here for someone to sell, Or better yet, I could just move out there and haul them around out there. The car thing was great, But I just was not sure about going bigger, I was just so busy, I needed a bigger trailer, and a break, I still have folks calling me to haul stuff.

Oh no, big money, the money was good, it's just I was getting bruned out running to cali and back, If I could just run the west coast, that would be great. But most of the stuff I was hauling was going west to east and east west.

That's a cool gel job on that boat.  Simple, yet cool.
