Picked up a new Laptop for our up coming trip. :comp

Toshiba Satelite A135. 2 gigs of ram, 120 gig harddrive, 15.4 screen, and all the other chit.

I needed to be able to keep you peeps in line :beat  while we're on the lamb :cool

But new puters are a pain in the arse, even more so that we've never owned a laptop :rolleyes Where's the gawd dam 10 key and mouse :break

First, take off all that "pre-installed" crap...AOL, Wild Tangent, Misc. Toolbars...it will run much better for ya... :break

All very excellent points.  The wireless mouse is definately the way to go.

My kid has a wireless mouse he doesn't use :good and I've stripped out all the crap that they load up with. I'm going to leave Wild Tangent loaded for a while they have some cool games to try, be good for killin time on the plane. :plane

I think that's the same model I have.  It has a beautiful widescreen.  

Also, once you get used to it, you'll probably find it's easier to just use the touchpad.  We had a mini mouse for a while, but even the kids don't use it anymore.  Hell, I don't even know where it is  :laugh
