The condo's are not on BLM land, you own the ground, and get full use of the Springs, along with a boat slip, and a storage unit for your boat. I would not buy in the springs, because it is leased land, but the condo's are not part of that parcel. It is out of my price range, but they are actually selling pretty well. Must be a lot of people with better jobs than I can get.

The majority will turn into VBRO VRBO rentals, much like Kingsview, I'd reckon...  Â  Â Â Havasu Springs is NOT a destination Havasu location, IMO... 
You can buy a damm house in the Parker Keys for that kind of $$$... Â
