Of ohio, but I just went and looked at a house sunday, it is a 3bd 2 1/2 bath full basement with a 2 car attach garage and a 20x30 pole barn and a 30x 30 pole barn and a 30x60 polebarn on 8 acre's with a option to buy the lot next to it, and that is 8 acre's, and this is just down the road from me about 4 miles, all wooded can see the house from the road, land has a few creeks on it and one running in the front yard, very park like, the price $299,000 I'm going to keep a eye on this one, maybe it will come down, alot. beside, their is rummers that they are putting a calbelas here in our town, so that is very good news.
