That's where I'd stay if I was going to rent a room in Parker.  :)    

I rented a room there once, but I never saw it or used it... I did end up paying for it though.. LOL  

The chick that runs the place is kinda.... well ya know so I'm not going to go there, but like I said before,   for me it'd either be there or the blue water.

Have stayed there a few times many years ago for the Parker ski races.  They were nice rooms (for parker), not too big (as in tons of rooms), pretty quiet as I remember... of course the ski races are in March, not August (on the was quiet comment)...  :D
