Recently I've been getting odd calls from Sirius radio saying I needed to update my account info...so today when that call came I pressed "0" to get to an account rep................
Is this Mr. So-n-so they asked. Yup it is. Can you verify your address? Yes but can you verify who you are first? Her answer was "I already told you who I was".
