Just heard on the news that gas could drop to $2 or less. Rag heads cut the price of oil over the weekend.

On the way home I stopped and filled the taco for 2.85. They were changing the sign as I pulled in.

Yep, Rag heads are in a price war over the virus, dropped quite a bit over the weekend.

GF and her mom want to go to Ohio this June. I hope that airline tickets come down as fuel prices drop. So far we are looking at about $400 a head round trip.

Yeah, I read that too so gas should keep coming down, heard there are some places that are getting close to a $1.00 a gal. :stupid

News was saying gas on average was like 2.15. Why are we so high above that average?
Also said something to the effect that gas could get down close to $1. At this point I will take $2.

$1.779 here. On a personal level for me, it is too low for my local economy. The gas and oil industry has been hit hard by COVID-19 and the Saudi/Russian price war. Brent Crude was around $80 a barrel a year ago and now it's $29. West Texas Intermediate was around $72 and is $22.63 now. I'm down in my gas and oil investments but I'm not going to average down until we're on the way back up again.
