Our boat spends half it's life in AZ tucked away in a garage, and half it's life here at home in OC for some coastal boating.

When here, it used to get jam'd onto our small driveway and would kick the cars out to the street. Recently we made some front yard mods and gave the boat it's own pad to rest on. Honestly, I was never sure how well it would fit until I brought her home this week.

Here are a couple cut-n-paste 'planning' shots of how I throught it would look with the boat.






And here is the real thing. I think I got it pretty close.  :good  :jumpie  And it makes the house look so much better.

You can park a boat in your front drive and not get a fine for it???  That won't fly here in my hood well I don't live in the city so my hood ok in the city not ok.

Nah, my neighbors are OK with us. And there are plenty of drives in my neighborhood with boats and trls parked in 'em.

Basic difference in the two is color. concrete tends to be on the lighter side, while asphalt is usally much darker. Hope that helps. :beer

Been so long you forgot. Being able to start motor and vehicle moves on it's own power. Knocking said vehicle of blocks to make it move does not count. :D
