I didn't want to but I got an attorney involved with the accident. Gieco called the GF on her injuries and frigg'n grilled her on the traffic lights. The guy was an a$$. SO I put an end to it. Still no popo report either. Someone should be out on the truck to look at it in the next day or so. I had asked my insurance to do that 2 weeks ago and it seems they miss understood that I wanted them to come to the house that I don't feel comfortable driving it around. I guess I was speaking a different language

That really sucks when they turn out to be total jerks. I don’t blame you I would have gotten an attorney also just so I didn’t have to talk to them. Maybe that attorney can get them to stop dragging their feet and get something done for you.

Sad thing is this is a wrapped around getting the popo report. Until that is released and/or someone steps to the plate and takes responsibility I'm kind of screwed. We are keeping records of her injuries and doc appointments relating to this. We have sent all that info to the lawyer. I hope they total the truck. If it's fixed it will never be the same and will be harder to sell for what it's really worth.

Finally heard from an adjuster. Not sure how he thinks he can figure damages but we will see. I sent him about 12 pictures of the truck and it's damage Friday afternoon. He told me that they are not allowed to go to peoples homes. BUT!!! They will go to a shop to look at vehicles.

Yep that makes a lot of sense can’t go to a house but a shop is ok.

Not at all. At a shop the work is probly going on inside. I can see if I had parked the truck in my living room for him to look at it could cause an issue. But it's outside on the driveway with no one anywhere near it. He did tell me they could send a third part out but that was going to be several days.

Got the estimate this morning. I don't think a little over 6k is going to fix this. Once they get into it I bet they find a whole lot more jacked up. One good thing is the estimate does list new parts.

I am with you on that, that it will be more from the look of the damage. My accident cost 12,000.00 and didn’t have the damage yours does. New parts are always a good thing

Had I virtual call from the Doctor today and I told him that the pain isn’t getting any better and that it is getting worse. So he is sending me to sonogram of the artery’s in my right leg. He is thinking that the artery maybe getting blocked. I have a feeling that is what’s wrong. I go on Wednesday for the sonogram. Bad thing about it I won’t find out anything till the Doc calls back

Made arrangements with a buddy with a flat bed tow truck to take the taco to the shop wednesday afternoon. Shop Glen recommended. We will see what happens. I'm betting they will be asking for more cash and parts for this.

After all the work I did on the chevy last April. This thing is COOOLD Blooded. It takes forever to warm up and get the heater working. Once it's warmed up, the heater will run you out of the truck. Even though it has done that since I put the new heater core in it 4 years ago.

Thank you. Went to the appointment thinking it was a sonogram but it was a ultrasound anyway after the technician was done he had me wait while he left, didn’t like that because last time he left they sent me to the hospital, but the Doc came in and said that I had a severe clog in my leg that was about 90% closed He is having me come back Monday to open the artery with a stent. I think that if he just puts in one stent that will make 12 all together.

My car is cold blooded also. I can’t drive it till it is totally warmed up. If I take off before then the transmission slips real bad. The dealer said it was because of the launch and track mode plus being a eight speed trans.
