Looks like I'm going to have to grab my ankles. All they will give me is $16,600 for the taco. What I have found has been 17,500 and up when I find one. Then I have to pull from my pocket to go get it if it's out of town. Some of them have been in accidents and 1 I found just listed frame damage, but clean title.  :stupid  I'm thinking a good down on  new and call it a day.

Glen showed up Saturday and we pulled the tonneau cover off the chevy. Need to make a stand for it so I can wheel it around so it's not in the way. I think I'm going to leave it off for awhile

I hear ya, sucks looking for vehicles, worst part is people lie about it drive a hundred miles just to find out it's nothing like they say it is. :finger  :pissed

Well!!!!  I found out where the hick up is on the Taco and it's worth. Back in 09 the ex bumped another car at a stop light, but there was no damage on either vehicle. Some how it was reported as front damage on the accident report. Paint wasn't even scratched on either vehicle. The police showed as she was in traffic for an accident already. She was cuffed and stuffed for DUI and the truck was impounded. Everything went down hill from there.  :rolleyes

SOOOO  I'm settling on the 16,600.  :(

Been doing a lot of thought on this and we have been talking.  The chevy is getting to the point it is going to start needing more attention. Getting another used taco, It's just a matter of time and it will be in the same boat. On top of not knowing how it was taken care of and driven. Going new will give me time to pay attention to other things (i.e. the boat and the chevy) as needed. So going new is the plan. Hate to but in the long run it's the best option and not gaining another project or inheriting some ones problem child.

The two trucks on lots he did find were sold. Starting the order process. Hopefully will have numbers today if not tomorrow.  Sent over my list of wants to him last night so we will see what happens. Talking the normal 6 to 8 weeks. Been 3 months now so what's another 2 to get what I want.

Thanks!! Yea it sure should.  Have to say It's probly a little big but it will house a lot of crap for the yard and things I don't use very often. I just need to setup some shelfs and places to hang yard tools.  :good

:laugh  Once I got the lawnmower, edged and wheelbarrow in, about a third was done. I made a shelf that is over them to put the weed killers and bug killers along with the chain sees and hedge trimmer. I need to get something to organize the shovels, rakes and tree trimming tools.
