Yea and pissing me off. Still no response. Guess I will have to go back up and make a showing. Been over a month since they said a TAC case was opened. I can't imagine it taking this long to get someone to respond to this. I would have been fired by now.

Got the front brakes done on the Malibu this morning. Started about 6:45 and was done by 9. That included going to and getting the parts and a test drive. Then I did a quick look at the rear brakes. They have some meat left on the pads, so we have time before we need to get them done.

I now have the service manager involved in the Colorado repair. We had a 45 minute talk on the phone on what is going on. I did let them know I put wheels and tires on the truck and nothing changed. I told him to give me a time and lets go for a ride so he can experience the issues at hand. He wanted to follow up on the TAC case (if there is one) and get back to me later this week.

Hate fast weekends. Went to the AZ Drag racers reunion saturday. Saw a few folks I haven't seen a quite a few years. On the way from there I ran across a black crew cab short box Canyon that was dropped. By the looks of it, it may have had the kit I have been looking at. Looked real good. I couldn't get the guy's attention to talk to him more about it. It wasn't the Denali, but it did have the factory 18" wheels. As for mine, Called and left the service manager a voice mail last thursday with no response. I'm calling him here shortly.

Yea this is not right. Can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. If you can't do something don't hide, Fess up and try to do something. I would have been fired by now for not communicating with my customers.
Only kit I can find is Belltech 1100SP. I really don't like the flip kit and how they regain height with a longer shackle. Now you have to have the tail pipe relocated as it goes right under the factory shackle. I want to talk to a spring joint over off like 26th st and Washington to see what they can do. Dunbar won't touch it. They only deal with stock springs.

Yeah, Belltech is top quality, as far as the back a flip is the best, if it needs to go lower you can always get the springs re arched instead of a shackle, that way you don't have to worry about pinion angle, how is the frame made back there, you gonna need a notch for clearance?

I shouldn't need a notch. There will be plenty of room. Thought about the flip but maybe get the springs re-arched so the longer shackle isn't needed and be able to keep the original shackles and not have to move the tail pipe but still get the drop I want. I only want to do about 3" no more than 4". And do 3 in the front. Like to keep a little rake to it

Well, a flip is 5-6" depending on the spring pack, shackles and hangers will give you 4" but since it's a real hassle for the shackles, re arching would be the best solution.

Went and paid a visit to the dealer and a chit chat session with the service manager. With as much flip flopping about the TAC case. I really have doubts there is one open. I came at him in several angles about it. Without background music he really did a dance around giving me the case number and bringing it up in the system. I'm not buying a service manager doesn't have access to be able to view these when I was told the tech opened it. I gave them one more chance and we will be going for a drive Monday or Tuesday. He now knows I'm not screwing around and I'm not some dumb a$$ he can blow smoke up my a$$.

He now knows what I'm dealing with after a little trip down the freeway. I don't know how many times I got to tell them the wheels and tires have been ruled out and NOTHING changed when I changed them. He wants to rotate them to see if anything changes

Last week ended really busy. Didn't get much rest over the weekend. Got the Colorado washed Saturday morning, got the hair cut. Got new shoes, went out to breakfast Saturday after the Colorado wash and then out to Lunch Sunday after GF decided to get another Tattoo. Got home in time for NHRA. Need to get time to get this Colorado to the dealer so they can play their games and I hopefully get something done. I didn't get home from work untill 4:30 after going in at 6 this morning. This crap is rough on an old man.

Been REAL busy last few days. had a few long days at work last week and already this week. Over the weekend I put up a temp fence in the side yard and started in on taking the wall down. Still need to get my hands on some kind of tractor and a trailer so I can remove quite a bit of dirt to get this area down to get ready for concrete. Might be able to get it done at the end of the month If I can get everything ready. Couldn't get a lot done as the days went on with this wind. It just swirls in between the houses and kicks up everything in it's path. I hope to finish getting the wall down by the end of this weekend.

Well, according to the guessers, after today weather should be nice so you may get a chance to get something done this weekend. Back surgery on the 20th.
