Sounds like you had a busy week alright, better than work though, You buying a Harley.
NO!! I can't afford them toys. GF and her brother wanted to swing in and get a couple shirts. I did take a look at a couple bikes. Way out of my price range.

Yeah no $hit After the "Softail" came out I got the idea to pickup a frame and put a Panhead in and make a chopper without the rigid frame but still had the looks, started looking for a basket case to build, yeah right, they wanted almost as much as a new bike, oh well so much for that.

Well, I got nailed again. Got rearended in the Colorado this morning by a jack a$$ not paying attention and following to close to start with. She had a For Fiesta. Bumper is toast and the brackets. Bumper got into the bed on the drivers side. Not bad, but enough to take paint and make a couple dents. Tail gate I can't tell if it's chipped from shrapnel due to it's also sprayed with fluids. I was able to drive away, she needed help from a wrecker. Thankfully I was the only one in the truck. I'm ok now, but who knows come tomorrow morning

Wow sorry to hear that, glad everyone is ok. Since it's her fault hope she has good insurance.
We will find out. She has Farmers. Not sure how I'm going to handle this one after getting basically getting the shaft from my insurance last time. Wish I knew a bull dog attorney to take care of this one. I know I'm going to deal with loss of value down the road if I decide to sell it due to the damage reports. Which make no sense, was the damage just a scratch and a repaint or was the location knocked off the vehicle and rebuilt.

Called Farmers Monday morning to see how they will be handling this. Just waiting for them to call me back. I can feel it in my bones. This is going to be a battle AGAIN.
Went to the folks Sunday to do Turkey day. was a good time. Heading to some friends Thursday to do it all over again.
Discovered a bulb out in the upper rear taillight of the Colorado Sunday night. Fixed that monday. Bulb must have come loose. Just pulled the bulb and stuck it back in. checked it all before putting everything back. Brake lights worked but not the upper part of the taillight Then walked around with the sprayer nuking weeds.

Hope you folks had a great Turkey day. Went to friends for the afternoon and pigged out for the second time this week. Time to get off this see food diet. Time to get the Christmas stuff out and up.

I tried to keep it under control and not stuff myself like I usually do. Did good. Didn't munch before and after like I normally do too. Now it's back to the grind in the morning. Should go down town, but I think I will start out at home and go from there. Hate to get all the way down there and have something that needs to get done on my end of the valley.

WHat a sh!ty week. 8 hrs monday, 10hrs Tuesday down town. 8.5hrs today and I have to go back down town tomorrow for who know how long. Can't wait for the weekend to get here. Going to try to go to the dirt expo at the stadium over the weekend and look at some expensive toys. Not buying, JUST looking. May step out back and look at motor homes while we are there. Anything to get away from the house for a bit.

Yea no sh!t!!!!! We have talked about getting a SBS and go check out old ghost towns and what ever ells we can find. Just like boating we don't want to go nuts, just enjoy the ride and the scenery. I doubt we will get anything any time soon if we do.

Got the estimate from insurance on the truck. They are saying $2300. Just a guess, that will go up once the body shop gets into it. Now to see if they can get all the parts.

The estimate doesn't have a hitch on it. Talking to the body guy, he thinks it should be replaced due to the HEAVY scratches in it. I agree. If they won't the battle WILL be on.
