Refrig fixed. Had a pin hole in the line about 2ft from the fridg. While there I went and change the outlet since it was about 40 years old and broken. This morning I got the garage a little cleaned up. Got the boat off it's blocks, Fired it off, pulled the oil out of it and the fuel and oil filters. Went and got oil and filters as well as dumped my oil pan so I have a place to put this oil in. May try to refill everything this evening after dinner once it cools down a little.

It's Humpday and I'm beyond ready for a 3 day weekend. Was heading to Wild Horse Saturday Night but that got cancelled. Owner is having fiberglass doors put on the car. Passenger side door fits good except for the top rear window frame. It's not flush with the jam enough that we don't think it's safe to run without the door taking a trip on it's own on the top end. Driver side door is golden. So maybe we will get the floater ready and go run the crap out of it. I still have yard work to do and I have a battery and memory for my laptop to install.

Didn't get out this weekend. Just about able to walk across the water ways around here since it's a 3 day weekend for a lot of people. Went out to Wild Hores Saturday night just to watch and talk to a few people. Don't get to do that much. Haven't got much done this weekend after a long nice with the grand kid not feeling good Friday night. Then Fathers day today. Going to try to get the yard mowed Monday and fire the floater off with fresh fuel.

Went and got gas for the floater and mowing device. Kids borrowed my weed eater and blower and can't seem to get it back. Did something to my foot yesterday anyways. Hard to put a sho on and painful on the bottom to walk. So I guess I will poke around the office and straighten up a few things.

Yard got mowed and watered. Did some exterminating that was way over due. Colorado got a bath. Thats about it. last week the neighbor drug home a '77 Spectra Cruiser. Looks to be about 23ft. Hull looks to be in good shape. Now for the bad. has a ford and a ditch pump out back with shorty stringers. Floors are gone and most the seats are there but down to the foam, well what's left of it. I told him that it looks to be a good candidate to fill the holes, Have the stringers lengthened, slap in a BBC, turbo 400 and a vdrive.

Yeah, all ditch pumps had motor boxes and I/O's until 78 only V-Drives had full stringers, in 79 all went to full stringers except ditch pumps they remained with the box, mine was an I/O a buddy plugged it all up and put full stringers in and also beefed up the floor, it was only about 3/16' thick, I don't know what the bottoms are like in the jets but he needs to put a straight edge on the bottom first thing, if it's anything like mine was, regardless what he does with it the boat will never work, might want to inform him of that. But yeah a V-Drive conversion would be the way to go, it will up the value of it big time too.

Haven't got a whole lot done this weekend. Got a few branches out for bulk pick up. Cleaned up some hard water crap off the bathroom faucet and water tube in the refrigerator. Today we decided to give the kids our bbq and went and got another. We have had the youngest grand kid all weekend. Have had a blast with her. she goes home tomorrow. Two more days to go being off work.

Went down to Wild Horse Friday night for what we were told was the last drag race. As we were hanging out, they said something that caught both of us. "This is the last race under the Wild Horse banner". We have heard rumors that the road course owner will be leasing the track out. Not sure where the road course people come in over the drag strip. We have also heard. The staff has signed a 3 year contract.
Anther rumor is someone is setting up an 1/8 mile no prep track in Kearney.

Been a long quick weekend with little done. Just cleaning up the office a little. Completed rebuilding the laptop with new battery, Upgraded the memory to max 12gig and reloaded a clean version of windows 10. I don't use it at all anymore, so I'm going to give it to the kids to use. They can use it more than I do. If for some dumb reason I need another, I will go get one.

We got rid of our laptops too since we hardly ever use them anymore either only when we go on trips, and that's only because we watch a movie in the evenings, and ours were so old that it won't even take Win 11, lol, so we just got a couple of tablets, for movies and $hit I just bought a cheap Roku to take with us and just plug it in the TV and bingo just like at home.

I have a Amazon 10" tablet as well. I take it when we head out of town or just hanging out. I use it a lot camped on the couch surfing or hunting things down. I have our HULU setup on it so I can watch the programs I want to.

Went out this morning and washed the HD. I was starting to think I didn't have a white truck. It's strange to see it clean. Worked on just the outside for 2 hours. I still need to do the inside. Sunday morning I need to mow the yard.
