Yea I got it done before 9am then headed to Sames club for a few things. Was back home by 12:30.
This week, as I knew it would, SUCKS!!!! 3 10 hour days already and we still have 2 more days to go. Been downtown 2 days and may need to go back tomorrow. We have been getting HAMMERED with tickets for things to reprogram and fire, intrusion and fuel modem lines going down all over and general phone issues.

Didn't get anything done over the weekend. Sprayed a few weeds that were brave enough to try to pop their ugly head up. Heat and humidity made it difficult to do a whole lot outside.

Yeah, humidity has been thick, hard to work outside because you can't touch anything or you'll burn yourself, at least I got the cab inside on the lift out of the sun so at least I can get stuff done on it.

Not sure what I will get done this weekend due to the heat and the humidity. Need to finish getting the tint off the windows this Monte Carlo we picked up. Have about 2/3 of the driver window done. Took about an hour to figure it out and get a routine. May end up taking the windows out of the doors to get the edges done due to the way it's in there. Then to get the back window removed with a defroster.

being in the sun seems to helping with getting the tint off as well as the glue itself. was using a pair of vice grips with a razor blade, i went and got long scraper that uses razor blades. That should help get my hands away from the heat gun and keep the blade straight.

Not when your salary.
Had my 40 hours by 9:30 today. Here it is 3:45 and I'm still working due to I'm waiting for an email from CenturyLink on if I will have a cable team to a location Saturday or if I have to have them wait until Monday to get some lines repaired that are part of a cable issue. Been dealing with this for almost 2 week now.

Well had to run down to Southern just south of Central Saturday morning. I'm putting in for 4.5 hours and 40 miles round trip. Once my coworker gets back we are going to have a talk with management about this B.S. and not able to get comp time for crap like this. I have said I'm taking an afternoon off to not get it due to something comes up. We will see what happens. I know there is city folk that don't want me to go anywhere due to all I do for them. I have reached out to some friends for an attorney I can talk to to get away from this non compete and be free to go where I want to work. This is just the tip of the ice berg of what's going on.

Pretty much. I want to be able to continue what I do, but for either the city or WWT. But according to the contract they are not to solicit us and we and not to solicit them. Pure B.S. with the B.S. they have been dishing out to us. With my coworker out I have been real busy and haven't had a lot of time to do a whole lot, By the end of the day my a$$ is dragging and brain fried. Hopefully next week I can try to find out more info on getting out of this crap.

Yeah, they got you by the a$$ with that contracting thing that sucks, need to get to know someone at the place you want to work for and find out if they would hire ya, then just quit they can't stop you from doing that, then go apply.
