Got all three done Saturday. Took my time and checked everything on all 3. The hydro boost on the Chevy is leaking. Going to have to address that here soon. Rear tranny seal on the taco is weeping. Will have to look into that sometime as well. Filled everything up and/or checked, all good to go.
Going to try to get some trenching done this next weekend so I can keep that project going.

Might want to get under there and see if you can move the yoke around, if you can you need to change the bushing along with the seal before the yoke gets scored up.

I started driving the taco March of 2014. At that time it had just over 38k on it. It now has just under 104k. Still not to bad for an '07. I expect it to start showing some kind of signs of wear. Might be a little soon but the sitting in it's early life may or may not take a toll on some things this early. I'll keep an eye on the seal for now and start a list of 'need to do' like I have for the chevy.

Yeah, letting a vehicle sit for long periods of time really takes a toll on them especially in the heat, seals and gaskets take the biggest hit, they dry up from no lubrication then when you run it they are dry until they get lubed, usually by then they're toast.

Looks like all the Blue Staking is done. I just need to be careful of the main power. I have to go over it so I'll trench to it and use a shovel to go over. Would have been nice if they would have made some kind of indication on how deep it was.

COX checker are bumb A$$'s. I was diging back by the breaker box and almost took out their conduit that was not marked and I have an email stating I was in the clear. Â Â I got the line done that comes around from the front. Still need to do the back yard line.
Monday I'm going to deal with the boat. Going to run it around the hood since it hasn't moved since may. Then going to figure out something to get the weight off the tires. Hopefully get it fired off as well.

I thought about putting it up on jack stands and removing the wheels. Be my luck the jack a$$ that turned me in before would do it again saying it's a dead vehicle.
I got done from the front valve box around to the breaker box. Filled in the trench late sunday afternoon. Now I need to go towards the back yard. Only issue I may encounter is roots from the trees.
Monday Morning cleaned up my mess from the trenching project. Checked and aired up the tires (not to low) on the boat trailer then ran it around the hood. I cut a 2x6 up into 10" sections and put it up on those for now. I have an idea to take most the weight off until I can get it into the new side yard. Â

Take them off and hang some tire covers, the a$$hole won't know the difference.
Sounds like you got a lot done, of course now is the time to do it while the weather is decent, I hear by middle of next week it's supposed to go down the crapper.

If it isn't one thing it's another.
Been finding water in the middle of the hall bathroom. The sink is on a pedestal that we haven't liked since there is no place to store anything. I found the drain is leaking. The way this thing is setup I can't get to the fittings. We have been wanting to get ride of it and put in a normal vanity. So it looks like it's time to step up the shopping for a vanity that will work. I can only have one that's MAX 35" tall due to the placement of the electrical outlet. I'm going to have to look into moving it up the wall. As long as the water doesn't run a long time we are good for now.

Sounds like it's time to check all the plumbing just like the electrical. And it looks like you may have to make your own vanity, seems kinda strange the place wasn't made for a standard size vanity.

I can get a 36" wide vanity in there. I have been looking at ones up to 22" deep as well. Only thing I may have an issue with is the water valve's depending on the vanity and I have an outlet that's 35" off the floor. I have seen some that are 34" high so I don't have to do surgery to move the outlet so I can deal with that later.

Done being a ditch witch and a plumber for now. I got the last of the PVC run for the sprinkler valve wiring to go thru to the back yard. I also dropped in some copper line for a water faucet as well. I ran it just past where the concrete will be. I will run the rest of the way to the valve box and water supply later when I get time. I wanted to get this all don before this rain hits Tuesday night.
