Looked out the back window last evening. MAN that yard is out of control!!!  Leaves everywhere, Grass about 10" tall, weeds all over the place.  :banghead  Going to be a long day tomorrow cleaning that all up.  :eek

Went out back and cleaned up the leaves. Had a pile about 4ft high and about 6ft wide after raking and blowing them into one spot. last year we didn't have as much and got them all in about 7 bags. This year I used the mulching end of the blower. In about 2 1/2 hours we had the leaves raked up and mulched into 3 30 gal bags and everything put away.  :good   I was wiped out by the time we got done but the yard looks better.

Still dealing with the after effects of the flu that I had. I feel great, then go and do something and energy hits the ye o'l crapper. Sunday morning I felt like crap but felt better after about 2 hours once I got something to eat and a warm shower. Went to the store and and was done once we got back home. So me and the couch had a long conversation the rest of the afternoon.

Glad I don't have leaves here, weeds are bad enough.. :banghead  :laugh Careful with that flu, could get a relapse that $hit hangs in for quite a while, even if you're feeling good. :banghead

Most of the time you only get it once in a season. They are saying people are getting a second time. Sounds like you get one strain and then can get a different strain the second time around.  :eek

Well, we all make the mistake of wanting to do things when you start feeling better, then you end up tired because you're still weak, and when you're tired resistance goes down the crapper and then it comes right back for round two then it really kicks your azz, best thing is to load up on vitamin C the whole time until it's completely gone and you have your strength back, 4000mg morning noon and night usually will keep it from sinking in and eventually go away after a few days. :good

Went to the doc yesterday and they think it may be valley fever. I need to go get x-rays and blood work done so they cal tell for sure. I guess after 49 years it was bound to happen. They say if you have been hear a couple years or more, that you have it and may not know it.

Cool!!! Now if the weather would get better.  :good

All my test results came back and all is good. see the doc next week. I'm going to get some stuff done this weekend and see what happens. I can't sit around anymore watching the yard and the trucks slide down hill and projects not getting done.
