Changing this plastic piece for the reservoir has been a biotch. I have it all apart and have been able to get the piece replaced. I'm now having an issue getting the "E" clip on that holds it in. I dropped one and have one left. I'm going to go get about 5 more just in case. Once I drop it, It's gone to the abyss of the bottom of the boat. I don't have much room to work with and can't get 2 hands back there to help.

I got the "E" clip on!!  :cool  Now to get everything back together. Got the exhaust and the studs all cleaned up ready to go back on. I'm going to work on the outside getting the hose from the transom to the drive done. Then go in inside and get that buttoned up.  Next weekend looking like the chevy is getting AC.  :D

Everything back together on the boat. now on to another project, the chevy!! But I got to get this yard mowed AGAIN!! This grass is having a ball with this weather. The oleanders out front are also digging this weather. They are needing a hacking as well.

We got ours done a few days ago, just have to spray it now, have you heard about using bleach and salt before? Heard it's supposed to work good, I've never heard of that myself. :stupid

Well the fun on the chevy starts maybe later to day. I have all the parts to get the AC working again. Before I start that I have to mow this front yard before someone has a cow. The grass is really liking this warmer weather and taking full advantage.

AC in and blowing cold!!  Now to replace the radiator that's leaking.  :rolleyes  I guess it's about time since it is the original. Now to clean up my mess and mow the back yard before I loose someone in it.

Didn't get the garage cleaned up , But I did get the back yard mowed and did a little more trimming on the tree's. Put all that stuff away and called it a day.  :D   Once the radiator is here I need to tackle that with new upper and lower hoses. I replaced all the other hoses when I replaced the heater core.

Got ours all cut down, now waiting for a good warm sunny day with no wind to spray it, sure hope this bleach and salt thing works because it's dirt cheap, hopefully the weeds will like the taste and drink it all up, it's gotta get down into the roots to kill anything.

With the new radiator make sure you use distilled water, don't get no scaling that way. :good

OK.  I was hoping that nothing serious had happened. So there was some damage as they though there may have been. Sounds like it wasn't to bad.  :good   I know it sucks but do take it easy. You have projects that need your attention.  :D   :good

Speaking of. I have everything to change the radiator out. I was going to start on it after work yesterday but the wind came up and I didn't want everything blowing all over the garage and I didn't want to breath the dust and crap.

This morning, Reality set in that my 25 year run working on phone systems has come to an end. I was emailed for information that can only come from the new system that I have very limited access. CC'ing my boss and the requester, I deferred the info to 3 techs that work on the system to get the info. It was hard for me to do so. On to focus more on my new adventure as a Network Operation Center Tech. Basically monitoring the phone system, software servers and data networks.  :(  :sleep  I guess I can't complain as I have a job.

Nahhh not really damage, 4 vertebraes were starting to fuse together out of alignment which would prevent me from standing up straight, so he just went in there and cut tiny wedges out then put the new rods in, done deal. :good

I have worked on a Cisco system before I moved to the city in Dec 2010. Since I'm not certified they won't let me make changes on the city's new Cisco system. I don't have the money to go after the certification after the fiasco from a few years ago trying to get a certification that I'm still paying for.

I was turned on to a drag racing game that I have loaded on my phone. Been fun. You can run on line against friends or just within the program. You can setup the car like you want. They have a few different stages of cars you can choose from. I have an S10 blazer that I have running 6.50's so far. Running twin turbo's. I still have some tweeking to do. It should be running faster than what it is. The APP is Pro Series Drag Racing
