Friday eye doc says I still have swelling in my eye. So I'm back on drops that I stopped last weekend when I only had to do them for 3 weeks. Still laying low to hopefully get this all under control. I'm so board and frustrated every time I look at my yard that is in real bad shape. Son in law was supposed to come and mow it but haven't heard from him. I think I have some gas and I know I have matches. That should trim it with no strain. Â Â Â I'm looking to rock the front yard anyway. Â
Sorry to hear that Jeff prayers for ya, hope it heals up soon.

Well, surgery went great, 7 hours with no issues and hardly any blood loss, way less than what you would donate, talked to her this morning already, head is all cleared up and ready to go for her first walk.

Thanks guys for the support!! Can't tell you how frustrating it is knowing I have sh!t to do and can't due to doc's orders until this is all taken care of. Tomorrow is the retina doc appointment. I hope we don't have more issues.

Got a call late wednesday afternoon and the referral hasn't gone thru. Had to change my appointment to next tuesday. If I can't get in then it will be LATE the next week. Will be making a phone call or two to get the ball rolling that someone dropped.

The wife had both of hers done and it was hard for her because they had to grind out the splintered bone in one knee. Then she had to come back six months later and get the other side done. Took her a long time to get back to somewhat normal. She sill isn’t 100% but getting there slowly. Just remember she has to keep doing her exercises everyday or it starts to freeze up or she won’t get 100% movement.

Wife had both hers replaced too 1 year apart, yeah gotta start working it out right away, she started stretching the day after surgery before she went to rehab, she went to rehab 3 days after surgery and the therapist said she was a weak ahead of average, and 2 days later she was walking a mile, she told them she wasn't staying more than a week so you better do what you gotta do because I'm leaving in a week, and she did.

Well, 80% of it is your head, if you got it in your mind that it's gonna be hell, well guess what, it's gonna be hell. If you have a good doctor and in good health, rest is all what you male of it.

Wife had trouble with the first one because they took extra bone. The doctors said it was going to take a little bit longer to heel. But the second one really easy for her.

Wife never had issues but the first one was a tad rough mentally for a bit mainly because she didn't know what to expect, second one a total piece a cake.

Well I am happy that they both are doing good. I couldn’t watch her trying to walk before the surgery, every step she took she was in pain and you could see it in her face.

I was wondering how Jeff is doing. Haven’t heard from him in a couple of days. I hope that he get his sight back to normal soon. That has to be very frustrating.
