Got the front yard cleaned up. I did the Oleanders Saturday morning. I knocked them down to about 2ft tall and trimmed them all back to about 46 twigs coming up from the ground. They look pretty sad. To bad this won't kill them. That just about killed me. Sunday morning I edged and mowed the front yard. That pretty much finished me off. I will load up the 4 bags of grass and oleander in the trailer along with the rest of the crap in it and head to the dump Saturday morning.

So do I. Â One thing I noticed over the weekend is when lookin at my bug zapper. The black light in it is a bright blue thru my right eye. Â I called the docs office and they say it just due to the lens is now letting more light in along with the swelling. Â I told them I'm not buying it at all. I will see the retina dud the 27th and go from there.
Wow that doesn’t sound good and I really hope that it is ok. I bet you are just fuming about now I know I would be.
Injected is nice, But I'd rather be Blown     Â

Friday started out in the crapper. Â Wen to log into wok and my router wasn't working. Â Logged into it and it said the WAN had been manually disabled. Went to the WAN settings and it was enabled. Wouldn't let me disable either. Contact tech support for it and they had me do a firmware upgrade. That was a pain since I couldn't get to the web. Got that done, went into the WAN setting and it was disabled and wouldn't let me enable. In the mean time I had grabbed the old router out of the trailer and got it back on line so I could work and deal with this crap. Finally convince tech support that this was toast and they want me to send it back for repair for no charge since it is under warrantee. BUT!!! Â They will need it for 7 to 10 business days. Not including shipping time. Â SO while my old one is already starting to act up I ordered a new one.
Saturday I got up and went to the dump. Before I left the new router was at the door. Â Â Got back home and cleaned up the garage untill about 12. Â Then went in and setup the new router. That was a pain in the a$$ and took about 4 hours to get everything working and on the new router.
Broken router is a ASUS RT-AS66U B1. New one is a Netgear Nighthawk AC1750

This one they have you set it up via your call phone. Had to down load an app to do so. Then you can access it once setup with your phone to make adjustments to the setup. I haven't found anything that will let you access it via a PC. So far it seems to be pretty quick via wireless. I don't have anything hard wired to it.

I normally have my PC hard wired, But I haven't connected it yet. I had to set it up wireless to get to the old router to get on the internet when I was trouble shooting the ASUS router. I may rectify that this weekend.

I don’t buy routers. I just use the ones that Frontier gave me and it is wireless. I don’t have anything hard wired nowadays.
You have Frontier?? how's the service, they are dog $hit here. My PC is hard wired but the wife's PC and the one in the shop, along with the TV are all wireless, was thinking of hard wiring the TV so it'll be a bit faster.

Yes I have Frontier and it is total crap. I have tried most of them and they are always good when you first get them then they start slowing down to almost a halt. They do that so you will upgrade to a higher speed to get that money from you. They say that they don’t do that but what could it be, it works fine when you first get it then bam you are at dial up speed.
I am so tired of them playing games and switching companies every two years because of their stupid contracts.

Yep, sounds like here from what I hear around here, we have Suddenlink and we had a lot of problems for quite a while, but this last year they replaced all the old lines with fiber optics, seems to be working pretty good now, their customer service is totally down the toilet though, in fact a few people called the FCC on them. Do you have Cox in you're area? we had them in Mesa and they were great, wish we had them out here.

Cox sucks in my area. Goes down at least once a week. I had someone knock at my door a couple weeks ago from CenturyLink selling their new fiber connection. Problem is it's only 80mg connection. I would eat that up in no time. With Cox I at least have 150mg when it's up. Speed tests with the ASUS router I was getting 145 to 150mg. That's the PC hard wired.

No we don’t have cox here we only have Verizon, Charter and frontier Along with the dish. Verizon was good but pricey and they would raise it and say it was the taxes Charter was so so and go down a lot and a little cheaper than Verizon and Frontier is just plan crap. I am not on the internet a hole lot so I don’t need it to be real fast, just need it to work when I I am on or watching the tube. All I use is the internet no phone or tv. For tv I use the fire stick and the smart tv apps. It just boils down to that I will not spend 180.00 a month ever again. I only pay 59.00 a month now. Every penny counts when you are on a fixed income. I think that they all are a bunch of crooks.

I agree they all a rip, but you need it and they know it. I bought a Roku, there's more free $hit on there than you'll ever have time to watch, lol, and all kinds of subscriptions is you want something special, best thing I ever done.
