Car heading west on Bell road turned left in front of this car heading east that pushed the light. I was facing north waiting to go east on bell. We had no where to go!! Cab is pushed to the passenger side and the floor looks to be buckled pretty good. Doors will not open. I looked down the frame from the rear and it looks like both rails have a slight bow towards the passenger side of the truck. Gina is quite sore this morning and heading to the doc. I seem to be ok for some stupid reason. I'm going to guess this thing will be totaled. The more I look at it the more stuff I'm finding tweaked. Fight will be on to replace this truck with only 107k on it and i'm the original owner.

Holly Crap dude that is so screwed that it happened. I sure am glad that you two are ok so far thank god but let us know what the doctor  finds. Sorry about your truck but that can be replaced like you said with a fight but you two can’t be replaced. I just thank God that you both are still here with us.

Wow, so sorry to hear that, glad to hear you guys are still up and around and hope all is good at the Doc. Sucks about the truck, hopefully won't have to fight too hard to get a replacement.

GF had an issue with her foot. Yes the one she had surgery on. Went to the doc Thursday morning and found a torn ligament that wasn't like that Monday when she was at the doc. She is off this morning for an MRI and back on the scooter with NO pressure on the foot at all. It's the ligament that supports the arch of the foot. I'm trying to get the popo report so I know who is going to be at fault that I need to attack and report the injury and damage to the truck.

Hope it isn’t to serious where she needs more surgery  So how many cars where involved ? Sounds like maybe three or was there more?
There was just 3 involved. I hope surgery isn't an option. Time will tell.
Tried to get the popo report friday but they are saying could be 10 days I want to get the ball rolling on the truck and get her injuries reported. Been poking around to find a replacement. So far I haven't seen one anywhere close to what this is. Everyone wanted the short beds where this is a long bed TRD Sport 2wd.

Yep it took mine about the same amount of time to get. Looking for a replacement is never easy. Because everyone you look at isn’t ever what you had. But hopefully you can find one maybe a little bit better

Found an '09 with a bazillion miles on it. i.e 190k. Didn't even look at the price. Calling my insurance today to see if they can get anything going on this thing. I hope to get the adjusters to come to me. This thing is a pain to get in and out and I don't feel comfortable driving it as it is.

I did more poking around yesterday and did find a couple with lower mile than mine. BUT!! they were TRD's and didn't have the sport package. I found one with 122K on in cal that is gray. I can change the wheels that were on it that I don't like. I got my insurance involved as well. I'm trying to get the adjuster to come to me and not to the body shop. My gut is telling me not to lose site of the truck until I get a verdict on what's going to happen to it.
As for my eye, no change. Waiting on info from my primary to get a second opinion.

I don’t like dealing with the insurance company’s they seem to think that they can get away with giving you as little as possible. I hope that you can get a truck of your liking that can replace your other truck.

Went to the doc to get the results from the CT scan and the Stress test. Ct say that from L1 to L5 there is from moderate to severe bulging and arthritis. and wants me to continue with therapy. The stress test he said that the heart is getting weaker but still in good shape and he’s not going to put in a pacemaker yet .

Well, that's good news about the heart Sorry to hear about the back but I expected that, how long does he want you to do therapy for?, didn't he say that wasn't going to "FIX" it??

Well they have scheduled through December so far, the Therapist are happy that I brought them the results now they know how to treat me. Before they just went from what I told them how I felt. The Doc didn’t say one way or the other but the therapist said that it will help with the bulging disc’s but not fix the problems because of the spinal cord is rubbing the sides because the hole that the cord goes through is shaped like a funnel which that has to be done by surgery. I hope you can understand what I am saying because I don’t I just hope that this therapy works.

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about, been there done that remember, You only have to do it for 30 days, they have to make an attempt to fix it without surgery first for any insurance to pay for it, then you can tell them to pound salt and flat tell Doc you want it "fixed". What baffles me is your Doc gave you an order for therapy and didn't put on the order what he wanted you to be treated for, that don't make sense at all And I'm surprised the Therapist went just on your word since you're not a doctor and don't actually know what's going on back there.

Had one drivers insurance company call and we went over things. This was for the Infiniti that hit us. She had the balls to tell me that her client had the right to go through the intersection on yellow. Even though everyone ells had stopped. It was all I could do to keep my mouth shut. Man I want to get my hands on that popo report!! Speaking of she claims it takes them 4 to 5 months to get the popo report. She also told me that the gal in the Nissan was still in the hospital and had lawyered up. I think I need to hire a bull dog lawyer to go after both. I'm not waiting 5 months to get the truck taken care of or injuries.

Well the Doc put on the order that i had pain in the right leg from the sciatic nerve and they were to go from there which they did but not in the back part. They only worked on the Butt muscle that was swollen crosses the nerve. They had to wait for the CT scan results before they did anything in the back area and I couldn’t get the results until I seen the Doc. So I scheduled an appointment the day after the Stress test so I could get both results at the same time. I think that the therapist is pretty good because she wouldn’t do anything with the back area until she seen the results. She kept saying that she didn’t want to cause any more problems. So I will go along with this for a month and see if it gets better and if not I will go back to the Doc. The therapist agreed with me.

I'm real surprised they treated you on your word and not the doc's. MAN that could have been ugly!!
I am happy with this therapist she seem to be really careful with you and cares about her patients. I have been to a couple through the years and she cares more than all the others.
