get off that ladder and hit craigs list for a campershell and adapt it over the hole. It will give you a sky light and Ventilation.   :good   :D

:laugh

I think that the skylight and the ventilation are already there!  Its limiting the skylight and ventilation thats the problem!!!   :laugh

Ok. Stripping out the cabinets and beds in the bedroom. Does it really take 15 screws to hold up a small cabinet and what midget did they hire to put them in  :say?

That's funny, after 15 screws we knocked our small cabinet off its "mounting"..........

Well  :rolleyes Found at least one source of leakage. The dumb $hiat that put the left rear window in at the factory cut the hole to big :say? Window was probably leaking from day one. Thats daylight in the pic. If you move the window to cover it the bottom corner is slightly open. So I split the difference. And applied a libral amount of silicone I'll probably do a bead around the outer edge for good measure :D

So I'm thinking of popping out all the windows one at a time and resealing them just to be on the safe side. They come out really easy, well so far :laugh

A little disclaimer here. I bought this going in knowing it was a project. What I'm finding is really no surprise. Well other than the manufacture hired idiots that don't know how to measure and cut :banghead Water damage is nothing new in older RVs, its a pretty common problem. When I get finished it will be like a Bionic Cousin Eddie :good And a hell of a man cave :beer

Marker Lights Also Seem To Be A Common Leak Place. On My Camper, I Had A Leak In The Front. I Pulled And Resealed The Front Window, And That's When I Saw The Hole under The Side Marker Light. They Put About An Inch Dia. Hole To Run The Wire Through, But The Light Was Mounted About 1/8 Of An Inch Higher Than The Bottom Of The Hole.......A Little Silicoln And It Was Fixed!!

The Other Leak Was From The T.V. Antenna That Some Moron Mounted To The Roof, Using Only The Gasket That Was Supplied....It's Only About 1/16 Thick......Not Nearly Enough To Seal The Antenna To The Corrigated Roof...... :beat

I feel bad Kevin, if I had even the slightest idea that things were that bad, I would have just taken the rig to the scrappers...

Got the hot water heater fired up and adjusted. Works almost to good. But I guess hot water is supposed to be hot :)
Got the other bed frame out. Passanger wall not too bad. But with the rain we've had I was able to see at least where the last few leaks end up. :stupid
Tried the furnance a few time it works but can't get it to heat up. Probably just air in the lines. I know it took the water heater quite awhile to light the first time. All the safety valves shut down the pilots if they don't light in 10 seconds :good Safety First :D
