Seriously, yeah, I hurt some but had a great time today.  I was talkin' to Marina on the way home telling her that I know that I can't physically race out there anymore when conditions ain't right, but I had just as much of a great time watching you kick their A$$e$ :D  :good

Give me 2 weeks to heal up, and we'll be back out.  Maybe I'll actually puts some timing into it and add some good fuel :D

 BTW TopCat, word is, that there's a Yellow Boat up in Arbuckle nearing completion.  New motor is almost done and shooting for a July 4th Debut :D

Well, sorta.  I gave him a .30 over 454 that I purchased last year.  It had a bad cam in it and oval port heads.  Pretty much a stock motor.  He finally got around to building it up.  Should be done soon. (No I didn't give him my other motor :D )

Hey TopCat, I just purchased a complete 12JG and went out tonight and picked it up.  A little bit of changes to it and then into the boat it goes.  I'm looking for a 9.50 1/4 mile :eek   Might just be possible.....  Get that Boat of yours done and lets get on the water.  Find me a smoothe spot and I'll runn'em :D   Not because the boat likes smoothe water, quite the contrary.  As TopCat saw Yesterday, my driving habits have changed due to my physical limitations and capacity.  I'll stay in it as long as it ain't too rough, but when I see something nasty coming out at me, I'm out off of the pedal quick so as to ease the pain and hope that I don't have a "crippling" effect at 90+ mph :eek

I could use the $$ to re-do my pump in the Syndicate Jet and to restore Mrs BBT's Daycruiser though....
And my attorney says that the Insurance company wants to settle already, but that will be a year away still I'm thinking (Let them squirm :D ) The chances of getting a NEW b boat with some of the settlement is about 70/30 yes :D  Actually, I just wished they'd fork over the $$ to fix my back the way I want it done :angry

Yep...That's exactly how I feel.  Money is secondary.  My main concern is fixing what's wrong so I can live and enjoy life like I used to be able to.  It still amazes me how something like this can completely turn a World upside down on ya.  I've had moderate back injuries before, but was NEVER limited in the way that I am now and the others healed relatively quick.  This time it's different.  As Fred Sanford once said, "This is the Big one Elizabeth" :rotflmao  :rotflmao
