It's put on by S.C.O.P.E. on Aug 26-28 in Long beach, Ca.
Try going on scopeinfo.com for more info.
If I recall correctly they have a short run & a long run.....just depending on how much water time you want to get.  
I'll probably won't register for it, but rather cruise on the water to watch all the boats then kick back at the Yard House for a few  :beer

Don't think we will be making this one. They seem to have one heck of a fee for late registration. Would be fun to go out and watch though. I would like to learn where to go to launch and get into those restraunts they have on the water. I think they have courtesy slips but have never done it before. What is the name of the restraunts there? I think one of them is Tequila something or nother. :beat  :drink

Theres a few restaurants out there.....just depending where you are...like Dana point, Long beach, Los alamitos etc....
I usually launch out of Los alamitos or Newport dunes.
We're going out this sunday to newport dunes and cruising to Long beach..
You're more than welcome to join us, with or without the boat.

Invites like that don't grow on trees and we really appreciate it LASINC. :good  We would have loved to have gone but had prior engagements. Currently making plans to jot over to Catalina for Sat. on Labor Day weekend so it looks like we will dip her in the salt for the first time then. Did you guys have a good time?

We're going to the APBA offshore racing this sunday at Huntington beach.
Then on labor day weekend we're going to catalina but without the boat.  If you go to catalina let me know then maybe we can toss back a few  :beer

We are making plans to launch around 7am on Sat. to be at Avalon early enough to set the boat and catch a taxi in for breakfast on Labor Day weekend. I'll have the wife and two boys along with taking their grandparents. So if you spot a simular group come over and have a bloodymary. :beer

I saw this boat today at the L.A. Boat Show and pointed out to Sleek-Jet how much I liked it.  I, then, found out it was the same boat when I met Superduty and his wife. :good
