all i did was have the under side of the hatch relined. still the same interior. replaced the blue piping around the edge also. then there was this digger in the plywood from last year when the blower belt shredded itself. gouged out the first layer of  or ply 3 inch by 6 inch. . so, Ross (Designer marine interiors) reglassed and gel coated undernieth before covering it. i made some backing plates for the hinges to make them a bit more sturdy too. next step is doing the same thing to the back of the bench seat so it all matches. that hasta wait until after the big weekend coming up here .i haven't had it out yet this year. slacking :drink
