For Pro Mod you are limited to no more than 2 clutches so we went with the Crower dual disc. Totally unsafe and BS rule if you ask me :pissed

I built a new battery box for the trick new batteries. Shaved more than 30 pounds there alone. 24V system to the mag and starter.

Still need to make a new front plate but the engine is home now :jumpie

Heading to Cali next week to pick up the spare motor. It is complete less the blower and mag/pump drive.

I built new trans mounts for the Lenco. Set it up on quick pins and it works great. Everything is coming together and we can't wait to get Mikey to the track :good

Still shootin for the end of Sept. The external oil pump hits the upper tube on the chassis so Eddie has to fix that problem. Just have to wait till he gets home... By the end of the month I think I will have all the tin work done so we are almost done with everything on the car. I still have a ton to do on the trailer though and that will take me a few weeks.

Well you always hear that in Az its a dry heat... when you are dumping over 4 gallons of Alcohol through this beast every pass the Hat gets a good buildup of ICE! Proof there is water in the air here in SoAz :stupid

I had to work Saturday so I will get all the details to you Monday. Thanks everyone :good

Well Mechanical failure on the rev limiter??? Marty stages at around 7800, when he hit the gas motor went to 11000+ and rolled through the clutch so RED Light in the first round :cry

Sucks cause the car that won ran a 6.84 at under 200 :fouet

When we get the fuel system figured out I think this car will run in the high 6.20's in Tucson! Will definately do 6.40's all day :good

We are getting the MPH just need to work on everything before the 330' thats where we are lacking.
