It's been a great boat, not sure if I would really sell it, it suits us so perfect for the Lower, but I've always wanted an Old School cruiser, ever since I was a kid at Lake Tahoe, someday...

You DO realize that thing only gets 2-3 miles per gallon, right? (ours gets a little less than 2 these days, but it's real tired)

Oh yea, mpg is not a jet's strong suit   ...the Yami was only 2.9 at WOT.... 
Went and saw the Hallett today....it's solid, but does need some "cosmetics"...  Â It lived it's total life at Verde Shores in Needes, so a good wet-sanding and some Martex will bring it back to original. The motor was completely re-done some 200 hours ago...the pump has never been touched. Â The trailer needs a good blasting and paint job. Interior needs a re-do, and the carpet is fairly new.
They bought a 2002 and want it gone. Â Maybe a water test in a few weeks, and a low-ball offer and see what happens... Â

They left for Needles today and won't be back until after the 16th. We're gonna do a water test at Silverwood the following week.....gives me time to get the cash ready...

She will love it, I'm sure. It's a very fun boat and very cool looking. Everywhere we go, people ask us about it. It's a great conversation starter. The only thing she might not like is that there is really nothing to hold on to when the water gets a bit choppy. I usually just grab Jeff's (insert body appendage here ) and he slows down or speeds up, whichever it takes.
