I always put stabalizer in mine.  I put it in about every other tank to keep the injectors clean.  Then in the winter I double the amount.  After putting it in I pull the boat about a block stopping and starting to mix the fuel and the stabalizer.  I get mine from Napa.

When I first got my boat it had a small amount of water in the right fuel tank and I tripled the amount of stabalizer and ran it out.  No problem with the water since.

I would think that you would want to start it after mixing, to get it though out the whole fuel system.....

Yes, you do want to start it.  But the way I do it is the last time out I put a regular mix in at the Lake and one back I then put the extra in the fuel tanks.  And then I top off the tanks to keep consindation down.

Another good thing is ad a little Marvel to the fuel, it helps preserve fuel lines and keeps things lubricated, not to mention a good leak detector!.. :D  :good
