Eliminator uses KD (Kiln Dryed) Douglas Fir.  A 2"x6"x16' piece runs about $140... :eek

That's what I was going to say, and that stuff is pricey since it does not have any knots in it along with the lenght, but if you want it to hold up thats what you have to use!... :good

from what I have seen thats the standard...Douglas Fir
