Thanks guys
I ran into a little problem. I went from a flexplate set up to a flywheel set up and need to move the engine forward a 1/2" And to top that off my allen head bolts that hold my pto on are too short.. Are these special bolts or can i just go to Ace and buy some allen head bolts
Nothing but the little chit now

Just ask for grade 8 bolts, if they don't have any your local nut and bolt supplier will have them!...

Or Maybe He Doesn't Want To Get Water Spots On It?? |
I can see you guy's are having fun with this one huh No, when i rolled the boat/trailer into the water , i fired up the boat and let her warm up. after a min or so i noticed nothing coming out of the dump line, and she was at 190
So i started to freak out here, called Jim and brought the boat to the shop. He looked over everything and said its perfect, must of been air trapped in the bowl.
Have not had time to take her back and try again, ( did i mention i have three launches right behind the house)

Something don't sound right there, the impeller is pumping water and even though the pump isn't fully loaded water still should have pushed through, I would take the line off at the pump and see if there's any crud or anything stuck right at the pump, then hook a hose to the line and run water through the motor and see if it comes out the dump, if not then trace it to the dump!...

ALL the plumbing and dumps are new, braided lines AN fittings
I have ran a hose through the pump and it works fine and ran the hose to the engine to run it and all is good
I have been told this by a few peeps...
I had the reverse bucket open and with water going in to the nozzle the same time it goes into the intake, it create's a air pocket in the middle
So this time i will try it with the bucket shut, I seen they make a reliefe valve that you have to drill and tap your bowl just for this reason. but also heard if they get sand in them they tend to stay open.......
I dunno, all i can to is try again

Quote (Sleek-Jet @ June 24 2009,8:44 am) | Is there a gate valve (or a ball valve, not trying to start an argument) between the pump and the engine? Â If so, is it open? |

 Valve for the headers
 the pump.

I tried to get pics of the water running  out the dump and through the pump, but the batteries died
