Well I called Joey yesterday and the news isn't very good    He was telling me that he will have to take off the deck to replace the stingers and floor. :(    
Which is a couple grand more.  :cry so all together he is at $6,000.00 or more because of the bottom side.


Jerry hasn't called me back yet.  But the first time I talked to him he was at $5,000.00

Not sure if I want to put that kind of money into a old boat, but it wouldn't be old after it is done.

Well, if they have to take the deck off 6k don't sound out of line, there's a lot of work there, and the bottom takes a lot of time to make it right, and if that isn't done right then the boat will never handle right and you'll end up with a POS!.....

Sure can, a friend of mine has a badass "Bezer" right now for $14,000, don't have to do anything but put a motor in it and go, boat runs close to 130 with the motor he's got in it right now!..... No matter how you do it, it's only money!.. :D
